Mortgage Administrator - Full Time or Part Time - HolmfirthPRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an incredibly highly successful partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Networks Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in offices circa Holmfirth HD9. Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, highly successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business that are looking to grow their business still further with the addition of a Mortgage Administrator.The role is either Part Time or Full Time - No weekends. The Part Time role would need to be for a minimum of 30 hours.The role isoffice based predominantly however the employer are flexible to suit both the candidate and the business.The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders.We are ideally looking for some recent independent mortgage administration experience in a busy mortgage broking business ideally but we will also consider experienced administrators outside of the Financial Services industry.Competitive salary package of £18,000- £21,000 DOE negotiable DOEResponsibilities:

Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
Dealing with incoming calls and emails
Submission of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

Ideally 1 years mortgage administration experience.
Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
