The Company founded in 1990 has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of safes and secure storage solutions. They are now looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant / Graphic Designer to help them achieve ambitious growth plans. Reporting directly to the Group Director your role will involve a lot of graphic design work, as well helping to shape and deliver our overall marketing activities. In due course the company is intending to promote this role to a full Marketing Manager’s role. The role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to further their career or make a mark at the start of their career.Reporting to the Group Director, your duties will include:- Supporting the Group Director in all group branding & marketing activities- Creating artwork and visuals for all marketing campaigns- Co-ordinating photography, video and literature for existing and new products- Creating marketing materials for email, online and brochure print- Content writing and blogging- Liaising with external agencies where required- Creating brand awareness through all platforms – product, literature, online, own premises- Helping to organise events and set up exhibition stands in the UK and potentially overseas- Supporting the Website Manager with the company’s social media platforms and own websites- Work with the product launch team bringing new products to marketTo be successful in the role of Marketing Assistant / Graphic Designer, you will either be a marketing graduate or have a solid and proven track record of working within a product marketing based role. Technical requirements include:- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)- Fluent in Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems- Qualification in creative and/or digital arts- A qualification in photography and video editing would be an advantageYou’ll also have the keen flair and a creative mind, combined with the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines and budgets.
