Job Description

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 6 MONTHS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE We are looking for Physiotherapy Health Care Support Workers to support the Physiotherapy team in Ysbyty,r Seren, our field hospital. Ysbyty Seren is a step-down hospital located in Bridgend, providing care for patients away from the district general hospital setting.Physiotherapy works as part of the Multi-Disciplinary team and the Therapy Team in Ysbyty Seren, including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Dieticians.As a Physiotherapy Health Care Support Worker you will support by undertaking specific clinical and administrative tasks which support the delivery of Physiotherapeutic interventions. You will develop a patient centred approach to engaging patients whilst adjusting this to reflect their fluctuating needs. You will need to have good communication skills, good time management, prioritisation skills and flexible.
