Just Life Sciences are seeking a Logistics Co Ordinator who is looking for their next career move, or an experienced Administrator who has Logistics experienceShould you be successful you will beTo facilitate the shipment of multiple product samples and orders to customers on a daily basis.To liaise and arrange shipments by interaction with various courier companies (e.g. DHL, UPS, Fedex).To collate/arrange required essential and correct paperwork documentation to accompany product shipments (including invoices/USDA when necessary, Certificates of Analysis, Safety data sheets, despatch e-mails).To assist in the preparation of samples/orders by potting product material, labelling (printing and affixing labels), preparing documents (as listed above), and packaging correctly.To liaise with other departments including R&D, QC and production teams in order to advance product preparation ready for despatch.To help maintain the required level of Health and Safety and housekeeping within the sample/order despatch area.Carry out other duties as and when required as directed by Management.Education / ExperienceSciences: some laboratory experience and qualification preferred (A-level or above)GCSEs in Maths, Science and English - minimum A to C.Chemical background and/or handling of chemicals/materials is desirable.Knowledge and/or experience in logistics/shipping is desirable.Computer literate covering Microsoft Office Applications (competent with Excel, Word, etc), email and internet.Good attention to detail (with respect to maths, data and English and presentation of product packaging.Ability to respond quickly to demanding deadlines whilst maintaining high level of quality.High standard of housekeeping.
