Bodyshop Booking Agent, BridgendSalary up to £24,000 plus bonus and excellent company benefitsThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Booking Agent to join the UKs leading Accident and Collision Repair specialist in our increasingly busy site in Mansfield.Being a Bodyshop Booking Agent, you are at the heart of our Bodyshops. You are responsible for booking customer cars in for repair, ensuring all the right parts are ordered and on site ready for our technicians, an important aspect of the role is the preparationjob cards with clear instructions. Dealing with customer enquiries, giving vehicle progress reports, also dealing with a number of suppliers on a daily basis. Checking over job cards to ensure all the correct information is recorded and filed on the system.You will arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers and on completion of the job, collect payment from the customer, paying particular attention to banking/ security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies.Our Bodyshop is fast paced and exciting with lots of opportunity to make an incredible difference and apply your expertise and skill. In the role of Bodyshop Booking Agent the most important part of your job is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Itsyour role to liaise between the customer, the bodyshop and any 3rd parties to ensure each and every customer has a first class service. Another very important aspect of the job is teamwork as you will be working with other colleagues in the bodyshop as wellas across other functional areas.About You

• Ideally you have experience as a Bodyshop Booking Agent ideally from a solid Bodyshop background - within a Car Dealership, Body Repairer or Crash Repair Centre, whether the job at hand is routine or more complex, you will know just how to solve it.
• You come from a fast-paced backgroundyou know how to work in a standard job time structure with a focus on producing compliant, high-quality work.
• You will have a full UK/EU Driving Licence
• You get involved in every part of our businessyou take pride being part of the FMG Repair Services team and are keen to help colleagues with a hands-on, can-do approach to getting things done.
• You take pride in providing a great customer experience each day - you understand what is important to your customers and suppliers.
