We are looking for a new member of our team to further enhance our support and management services.Job DescriptionAs a technical office administrator, you will be part of a team that is responsible for managing our customers support requests via both emails and phone calls. Some of these requests will be technical in nature and will require you to learn about the variousproducts and services that we manage. Full training will be given, we are looking for the right person, so previous experience is not essential.The majority of your work will be done through online portals and our internal databases.
