Job Description

About UsWe are a leading telecoms company moving to our new offices in Brasted, Kent. We supply and manage mobile devices, M2M SIMs, mobile device management software, and cloud telephony solutions. Our customer base ranges from micro-enterprises to enterprise companies.We are renowned for providing a very high level of customer service. We are looking for a new member of our team to further enhance our support and management services.Job DescriptionAs a technical office administrator, you will be part of a team that is responsible for managing our customers support requests via both emails and phone calls. Some of these requests will be technical in nature and will require you to learn about the variousproducts and services that we manage. Full training will be given, we are looking for the right person, so previous experience is not essential.The majority of your work will be done through online portals and our internal databases. We use the following Microsoft products, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word and OneDrive.This job is a great opportunity to join a growing company, that values its employees and where you will have excellent career prospects.Key Responsibilities

  • Answering support requests by email and telephone within our SLAs
  • Work accurately within Excel and web-portal databases
  • Assist in the configuration and deployment of new managed mobile devices
  • Create daily and monthly customer reports
  • Assist colleagues with projects and deliver them on time
  • Desire to learn all technical elements of the job
  • To be a focused, productive and happy team member
Must Haves
  • A-Level/degree or equivalent education standard
  • To be able to work accurately and quickly on a PC
  • A good telephone manner
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • A good knowledge and experience of Microsoft business products
  • A strong work ethic
Preferred
  • Some related work experience or projects
  • An interest in mobile technology
Job Details
  • Full time working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
  • Part time working will be considered for the right applicant
  • Flexible working is available on completion of probation period and training
