Due to company growth we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an award winning Accountancy Firm located in Bramhall. This role comes with excellent training and lots of genuine career progression. You will receive a Salary of £22,000 with upto £8,000 bonus. Duties for the Customer Service Advisor:

Answering inbound calls from existing customers
Dealing with emails in a professional manner
Assisting with payroll and timesheet enquiries
Updating records
Amending bank details for weekly pay
Providing excellent customer service on all calls
