Job Description

Mortgage Administrator - Bramhall, SK7PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Part Time Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in Bramhall, SK7.The role is Part time and for around 15 - 20 hours and is office based in Bramhall SK7Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their business with the addition of a Mortgage Administrator.The administrator will be responsible for assisting a busy advisor, focusing on mortgage and protection business. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, lenders and providers.We are looking for a minimum 1 years independent mortgage administration experience in Mortgage Brokering.Monies are DOE and negotiableNo Friday Working !!Responsibilities:

  • Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
  • Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
  • Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
  • Data entry of mortgage & protection applications
    • Skills & Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 1 years mortgage administration experience.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
  • A team player with ability to use own initiative.
