What a Head Chef does at JW Lees:
  • Youll be a dedicated and professional leader ensuing that kitchen standards are maintained to the very highest standard
  • Be passionate about cooking great food and ensuring every dish leave the kitchen to specification
  • Ensure that excellent stock control practices are maintained
  • Motivate your team to perform to the best of their cooking capabilities

  • You will lay the ground rules and have overall responsibility over daily operations within the kitchen ensuring you and your team achieve 5* Scores on the doors

We are currently under-going a exciting refurbishment where we will be offering fantastic cocktails and a bespoke fresh food menu using quality, seasonal produce, sourced locally whenever possible. With Its extremelypopular, quality food and drink menu, it will be the go-to place in Bramhall for its caf bar experience during the day and sophisticated, upbeat atmosphere on an evening.
