About the role:As aFront of House Team Leader,pulling pints and serving super foodis only the beginning as you show us you have what it takes to develop to the next level. Youll be an expert in communication, leading from the front and beinga positiverolemodel for your team.Taking the lead and running shifts,its key that providing excellent customer service and motivating your teamis something that youre passionate about.Previous experience as aTeam Leaderor Supervisor within a similar hospitality or retail role will be beneficial, however we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate great leadership qualities along with being a greatteam player.Where you will be working:The only Pub in Bramhall Village, The Victorian has been at the heart of Bramhall for over 100 years. We strive to provide our customers with the best experience we can offer, and we are very proud of our food and JW Lees cask ales.
