Job Description

Assistant Manager Vacancy - Bramhall - Up to £11.40 per hour (depending on experience)We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our front of house management team at the Victorian in Bramhall. This site will be ubdergoing on extensive refurbishment in the Autumn.Assistant Manager benefits include;

About the role: As an Assistant Manager youll know how to get the best from your team by offering great service and motivation where needed.This is a great opportunity for a General Manager in the making and although we want you to be yourself its keythat customer service along with making memorable events is something you are passionate about.Youll be an expert in communication and know how to work well as part of a team as well as taking the lead and running shifts.Youll have previous experience as anAssistant Manageror Supervisor in a similar hospitality or retail role and have confidence in yourself to have the ability to develop to the next level.Where you will be working:The only Pub in Bramhall Village, The Victorian has been at the heart of Bramhall for over 100 years. We strive to provide our customers with the best experience we can offer, and we are very proud of our food and JW Lees cask ales.
