Job Description

ob Title: Administrator / Contract ChaserLocation: NottinghamSalary: £20,000- £22,000 + BonusesContract Type: Full Time / PermanentIndustry: Estate Agency & LettingsPlease note this is a full time position - We are not currently able to consider applicants looking for part time hoursJob description:We are working on behalf of a Nottingham based estate agency that is well established within the local area and in a considerable period of growth. They currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Property Administrator / Contract Chaser tojoin their professional and friendly team.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales department in all admin duties
  • Advertising and uploading properties
  • Preparing Sales brochures
  • Adhering to compliance regulations
  • Provide updates on the conveyancing process for both Vendors and Buyers
  • Assisting in the process and getting an offer to completion in the quickest time possible
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, mortgage advisors and solicitors where necessary
  • Use your experience and knowledge to resolve any issues that arise
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous Estate Agent administrator experience is ideal
  • A varied role for a highly motivated individual working as part of a supportive and friendly team
  • You will be required to have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and great initiative.
  • Accurate typing and PC skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, Internet, email systems)
Essentials:
  • Admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Able to work on a full time basis
