Job title: Property ManagerLocation: NottinghamPackage: £25kContract : Full-time/PermMonday-Friday 8:30am-5.00pm - 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am-2.00pm.Industry: Residential LettingsWindmill9 Consulting are currently working with a well known and highly reputable property firm based in South Nottingham that has an opportunity available for two Property Managers to join their firm on a permanent basis.The company is a well know property business with a strong name within the Nottingham property marketDuties within the role-

Maintaining a portfolio of properties
Arrangement of common repairs and maintenance as required
Liaising with internal and external contractors
Arranging handovers
Managing work schedules of contractors
Client retention
Organising repairs, quotes, invoices, rent payments, contractor payments
Preparing paperwork for leases & end of tenancies
Dealing with deposits, council tax, energy suppliers
Conducting viewings, inspections, start and end of tenancy check ins and outs
Using Microsoft systems, SME and other applications
