Youll be working with established client bases as well as working with new leads provided by a range of introducers andlead generation sources.The ideal candidate will have a varied mortgage and protection background with the ability to offer high quality advice on a range of products and will enjoy building relationships and striving to expand lead sources whilst maximising the qualified leadsthat will be provided.Benefits:

Basic salary of up to £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday hours, no weekend work
No threshold for bonus with large OTE potential up to £60,000

Want to apply The successful candidate must have:

CeMAP Level 3 qualification (or equivalent, as a minimum)
Current or recent competent adviser status (CAS) for mortgage advice
Knowledge and experience of having provided mortgage and protection solutions
Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. We can consider advisers from a tied or banking background
A pro-active approach to the role, and passionate about meeting customer needs
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and local introducer firms
