Job Description

My client is looking fora Finance Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming accounts team. You will play a vital part in the day to day accounts, but also maintain the efficient running of customer contracts. This is a business where your voice matters, you can offer a personal approach to your clients and the business. What youll be involved in:

Provide support to the Finance Manager in the implementation of key business decisions
Maintain clients and insurer relationship in a courteous and efficient manner.
Processing and authorising invoices using Xero.
Setting up new contracts with customers and suppliers
Cash management
