Job Description

Customer Service Administrator BinghamPermanentc£25k Full Time Our Bingham based client, is looking for a new customer service administrator to join their professional hard working team.Duties include;

  • Manage field engineers daily work schedule and allocate service jobs.
  • Liaise with customers and ensure they are kept up to date with the progress of work.
  • Process engineers service reports to create customer invoices
  • Management of jobs and parts via internal helpdesk and customer management application.
  • Responsibility for continual process improvements, efficiencies and health & safety.
We are looking for candidate that have;
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Great organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a field service support role would be helpful but is not essential
  • Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel
