You will have an in depth understanding of the recovery principles in mental health, and experience of working with autism and challenging behaviours. Being able to provide positive experiences are essential, and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as on a one to one basis. Patience, good communication and listening skills are important. What youll needA minimum of 6 months experience working within a similar setting. Youll be 100% committed to the needs of the person with previous experience as a Support Worker.
