Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work within our central Credit Control team. You will be proactively managing your own customer portfolio (over 800 customers) and completing the end to end credit control process for a multi-million£ ledger.Salary: £22,000 per annumCredit Controller Duties:

Reviewing and releasing customer orders held at Credit Control, liaising with the Sales Team if issues arise
Allocation of customer receipts
Collecting outstanding balances, efficiently and effectively via different communication methods and channels
Managing your ledger with a strong element of commerciality and risk awareness
Resolve queries and disputes with all stakeholders to ensure timely payment
Build rapport with a range of stakeholders, including customers and the sales teams.

Credit Controller Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong work ethic and ability to overcome barriers
Demonstrate a flexible approach to work with a can do attitude
Keen eye for detail.
