Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Head Office team in Blythe Bridge!Salary: £17,600 per annum (£22,000 FTE)Role: Part TimeHours: Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings, 30 hours per week; 8:30am - 2:30pmCredit Controller Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with the customers, our sales team and other departments
Collect outstanding balances via different communication methods, mainly by telephone
Resolve queries and disputes to encourage customers to meet payment deadlines with preferred
payment methods
Allocating customer receipts
Learn to manage your ledger with awareness of commerciality and risk

In this role you will need to be able to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, providing excellentcustomer service and have a proactive and organised approach to your workload. Reporting to the Group Credit Control Manager, you will work in a team of 4 and manage your own customer portfolio completing the end to end credit control process.Credit Controller Requirements:

Background and experience in customer service, collections or credit control
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong work ethic and demonstrate a flexible approach to work with a can do attitude
Keen eye for detail
