Job Description

Experienced Teaching Assistant - Long-Term and Short-Term SupplyAre you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for exciting opportunities in the vibrant city of Norwich and its surrounding areas We are an esteemed educational recruitment agency seeking passionate individuals like you to join our dynamicteam of educational professionals. We are currently recruiting for both long-term and short-term supply positions, commencing in September, to meet the increasing demand for outstanding teaching support.Position Details:

  • Role: Experienced Teaching Assistant - Long-Term and Short-Term Supply
  • Location: Norwich and surrounding areas
  • Start Date: September
  • Contract Type: Flexible contracts available, including full-time and part-time options
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional classroom support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of learning resources, ensuring a stimulating learning environment.
  • Work closely with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and guidance.
  • Monitor student progress, providing feedback and reporting to teachers as required.
  • Uphold high standards of behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to a supportive and cohesive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CACHE Level 2 or 3, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and dedication to supporting student learning and development.
