Job Description

We have an exciting new temporary position working as a data cleanser for a company in Blofield. The position requires candidates who are multi lingual and can fluently speak and write French, Spanish and/or Dutch.The Company specialises in logistics, offering an app for HGV drivers to help themfind parking and washing locations. The company is expanding their European division and needs bilingual candidates to ascertain information and update information on the application. The role will involve cold calling so ideally would suit someone with outbound call handling experience.If you are available for the next few weeks and can travel to Blofield please read on.DATA ADMINISTRATORDuration of temp work: 2-4 weeks dependant on languages spokenJOB PURPOSE:To cleanse and aid the process to be able to populate provided data onto the companies application. To ensure the data is factually correct and provide a lead in the future for the account network team.Whats Involved

  • Manage the cleansing process of European site data
  • Take ownership by confirming that this is the most current data and adjusted when necessary.
  • Provide detailed daily update reports to the Administrator detailing the number of locations and their proximity to being uploaded to the system.
  • Work closely with the Network team to provide them with key information regarding newly located Truck Parks and Truck Washes.
  • Create and refine processes to streamline the collation of data.
  • Multi lingual in French, Spanish, Dutch, and be able to communicate with the team effectively in English
  • Able to do out bound calls in required language on a cold calling basis. Estimated calls per day 60-70 calls per day, with follow up emails.
  • Able to balance speed and have real eye for detail and problem solving.
  • Create communication skills and has telephone experience in sales or similar.
  • Good technical knowledge to operate a computer / phone and Excel effectively.
  • Good research and investigating skills to obtain data
  • Able to travel get to Blofield / Work from home pending COVID
