Job Description

My client is reputable Norfolk company with a proud heritage who provide a range of luxury products and services in the tourism industry. They have a passion for what they do and have great links within the community with exciting plans to grow.They seek an Accounts Administrator who will share the same enthusiasm for what they do and to ensure everything is in order.The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for compiling month end reports, raising invoices, tracking cashflow and reconciling the bank along with other adhoc duties. This is a company who offer a culture that is gratifying, professional, fun but relaxed and proud of what they do and will offer flexibility and the opportunity for development within this role.Duties include:

  • Complete month end report.
  • Daily bank reconciliation.
  • Cashflow management.
  • Raising invoices and manage supplier invoices.
  • Sales ledger support.
  • Managing petty cash.
  • Provide finance reports to third-party accountants.
  • General office administration duties.
  • Personal requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an accountancy environment.
  • Good/excellent Excel skills required.
  • Knowledge or experience in using Xero.
  • Good communications skills & a personable manner.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Customer service skills as the role is within a customer driven environment.
