Our client is local reputable law firm based in and around Rowley Regis. It is now seeking a Family Solicitor to manage and develop its family department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior family solicitor looking for the next step in theircareer.The firmThe firm has two offices and employs around twenty people. It has an extremely high staff retention rate due its friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment. This firm has been around for over twenty years and very much has a family feel toit!The personOur client is keen to employ a senior family solicitor with at least 6 years post qualification experience due to its solicitor of 20 plus years moving away into more of a consultancy role. The department currently consists of a locum along with two experiencedfee earning paralegals. You will come on board to manage the paralegals and develop the team along with undertaking privately funded fee earning work. The department is busy already but somebody who has a desire and willingness to drive the department forwardwould be advantageous.What can the firm offerThis law firm can offer a very down to earth and friendly working environment.
