Electrical Supervisor required for a social housing provider in the West Midlands.To assist the Operations Manager in the smooth delivery of a quality customer focused service, responsible for Surveying, Estimating and Managing workloads within your area of responsibility.The successful applicant would have experience from eitherSite Supervisor/Manager or Qualifying Supervisor/QS and possess strong Electrical Trade.Background within a repairs and maintenance environment.-To carryout works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist other trade operatives to fulfil their work orders.- Hold the Qualified Supervisor status to certify works via the NICEIC portal.-Be able to organise workload and complete works in accordance with trade standards and current Building Regulations.-Ensure works completed are to the highest standard and are correctly completed first time as reasonably practicable.-The candidate must have experience in core trade working in domestic properties.-Ensure selection and procurement of materials for the execution of the works are correct and are appropriate and to sufficient standard to avoid any disputes in relation to thefinished product
