Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a small, family run business based on the outskirts of Bristol with the appointment of a part time Administrator to join their close-knit friendly team.Due to an increase in workflow, this is a newly created position to offer integral support to the wider team, undertaking a wide range of administration based tasks:A varied and diverse role, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Manage all client enquiries

Manage all bookings

Track advertising materials

Ensure all work is completed to deadlines and within budget

Raise proforma invoices and process payments

Update the CRM system with all booking details

Manage all adhoc related administration tasks

The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter who thrives in working in a small team environment.
