Job Description

- Exciting Account Executive opportunity - Award winning packaging and design agency -Juice is thrilled to be partnering with with an award winning brand and packaging design agency located in a creative and tranquil hub just outside of Bristol.This well established agency work with a number of well-known brands predominantly in the food, alcohol and mobile sectors providing both strategic, creative and artwork services. Due to increased business, they are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to be the newest member of their small but expanding team.The roleThe successful candidate will be a key part of the Client Services team working closely with all members of the agency including Directors, Account Managers and Creatives. The role will focus on providing support to a Senior Account Manager on some of the company’s largest clients, working across different types of projects which will mainly include branded packaging artwork roll outs, with a small amount of point of sale and shopper marketing as and when required. You will also gain exposure and the opportunity to be involved in exciting branding projects.As busy and varied role youll be focused on Client Servicing and Project Management including liaising with clients, youll also work on the maintenance of project files, producing draft project cost proposals, scheduling time to complete projects, attending internal briefings and creative steerings, managing smaller projects from start to finish with the support of the SAM and occasionally accompanying the SAM and/or Directors to presentations.Whats needed1 - 3 years agency experience in the following areas:

Client Development - Meeting with clients (Virtually or physically) to build strong relationships as well as maintaining consistent and professional phone and digital communication. Discuss new projects, take accurate and detailed briefs, and understand a client’s needs and requirements.

Project management - Draft project cost proposals, ensuring a good balance between client budgets and agency profitability. Create cost, process and timing proposal documents for Account Managers. Liaise with scheduling to plan, allocate and book adequate resource to complete the project and meet deadlines.

Managing project files - Provide support with the organisation and management of project admin including such as contact reporting for client meeting and updating status reports, including monthly sales forecasts

This person will be a talented, motivated and driven individual that can work independently and as part of a vibrant, established and expanding design agency. They will have started to gain experience in managing clients across a range of project types in the creative industry. Able to use their experience combined with their own skills to seek a new challenge and to grow within the agency.Key skills

Good communication skills - written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Financial awareness required for managing projects, resource and production costs and budgets.

Microsoft office proficiency including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Be savvy with digital upload, download and file transfer processes.

Knowledge of Workflow Max would be useful.
