The role requires Adult Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration who can demonstrate (with evidence) skills in the following area Custodial settings or minor injuries unit or Accident & Emergency or Drug and Alcohol Services or Treatment Room. You must be able demonstrate ability to manage a caseload in one of the above areas, demonstrate ability to effectively lead a team and significant post-registration experience of using specialist assessment skills and techniques to determine health and care needs, particularly when working with clients/patients who may, for example, have mental health issues, learning disabilities, language barriers, be under the influence of illicit substances, have chaotic lifestyles etc. You should have ability to work within a team environment and autonomously using initiative, good communications skills, able to react clinically and professionally in a changing and challenging environment and Evidence of continuing professional development.
