We are seeking a talented Engineering & Site Services Manager to lead our FMCG department. Oversee and manage the Engineering & Manufacturing department
Implement and monitor maintenance strategies for optimal site operation
Develop and implement health and safety procedures
Manage budget and resources for site services
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Coordinate with other departments to achieve strategic goals
Provide technical guidance and training to team members
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

ProfileA successful Engineering & Site Services Manager should have:

Engineering experience based on completion of an Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship
Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in budget and resource management
The ability to implement and monitor maintenance strategies
The ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Excellent problem-solving skills
