Subrights Team Member/Accounts Receivable Assistant• Location: Bishopbriggs• Job Type: Full-time – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract• Department: Finance• Reports to: Senior Rights AnalystWe are seeking a Subrights Team Member to join our clients Finance department. This role is essential for providing resources within the subrights function and offering additional support to other areas of the department as required. The ideal candidate willhave a broad experience within a Finance function, with a focus on accounts receivable.Day to Day of the Role:• Carry out all daily subrights tasks, including allocation of subrights monies to appropriate authors/earners• Liaise with payees and internal departments regarding the collection and processing of subrights monies due/received• Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks associated with the processing of subrights monies• Handle the processing of daily cash receipts and monitor the shared mailbox• Process contracts onto the system, ensuring subright cash collection is maximised and receipts are processed accurately within an acceptable timescale• Respond to internal and external queries and requests for royalty information, including queries related to bi-annual royalty statements• Assist the royalty team during peak times with statement production, payments, and other ad hoc tasks as required• Provide general departmental assistance and support within the royalty and subright functionRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Broad/general experience within a Finance function is mandatory• Accounts receivable experience• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to plan and prioritise work effectively• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities• Computer literate with strong Excel skills• Ability to multitask efficientlyTo apply for the Subrights Team Member position, please submit your CV to
