Job Description

The opportunityWorking for an international logistics company this is an exciting opportunity for someone to make this role their own. As a business they have expereinced real growth and re a re recruiting for several new staff. This is a pivitol role and and you willbe involved in the whole logisitcs cycle. Due to the nature of this role you need to have fantastic Excel skills.The role

  • Working in a close nit team
  • Ensure the effective Co-ordination and excution of customer orders, production plans and logisitc tasks according to business guidelines to meet on time delivery.
  • Management of order process activities.
  • Dealing with quotations, stock and shelf life ability.
  • Using Excel to retrieve customer information.
  • Calculate and organise deliveries based on production requirments and proactivly identify shortages or risks for production.
  • Achieve and maintain customer reports.
  • Ensuring all invoices are sent out in line with our SLAs.
  • Co-ordinating orders and pick lists to minimise the number of open orders for month end.
  • Ensuring all customer issues are dealt with.
The essential skills
  • Advanced Excel
  • Previous experince in a similar role.
  • Exceptional custoemr service
