They have been based in Birtley, Tyne & Wear since 1985 and have a large manufacturing facility where they Design and Manufacture a mid-range of excavators.The RoleWe are currently looking for Welder/Fabricators who have experience working to high standards in volume manufacturing, automotive or engineering environments.This is an ongoing, long term contract role.The ShiftsWorking on a two shift system, carrying a 20% shift premium…Shift 1 5.45 am - 2.00 pmShift 2 2.00 pm - 10.30 pmOvertime is expected and you must be available to work overtime during the week and at the weekend. Overtime is paid at x 1.5 Mon-Sat and x2 Sunday.The SalaryA starting salary of £21,854 (£26,224 with 20% shift allowance) is available with reviews every six months that should lead up to £26,454 (£31,744 with 20% shift allowance) after three years.BenefitsCompany benefits include;
