We are looking to recruit a customer service advisor on behalf of our client based in Birtley.The role will be working on the e-desk within the e-commerce department assisting with all customer related queries from deliveries to product information.Hours of work would be 8.45am - 05.00pm, Monday to Friday.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage all inbound customer support tickets relevant to UK customers• Prepare order resends on 3rd party software if required• Respond to all drop ship partner queries and requests• Respond to all live chat requests from customers• Issue refunds and partial refunds to appease customers according to process’s outlined by the head of e-commerce• Respond to 100% of trust pilot reviews and take relevant action to seek positive scores• Provide listings support to the Channel Coordinator across multiple channels and selling platforms• Upload listing images, keywords and bundles as new products launch across multiple channels• Produce monthly reports on the number and nature of queries received• Provide monthly reports on the usage of discount codes for marketing purposes and support purposes• Provide key stats to the Operations Administrator with regards customer resends due to courier performance• Liaise with third party carriers to ensure delivery is made on time to consumers• Manually update selling channels if required for ad hoc shipments• Upload daily orders from drop ship partners and send daily dispatch reports• Manage all reviews both products and service on the website and third-party review platformsEssential Experience:
