As our Field Services Engineer, you will deliver IMACD and Incident Resolution Services within WorkplaceTechnologies and Data Centre Operational spaces.The duties range from small alterations such as patching and fault finding to performing large-scale equipment and device refreshes including new installs, decommissions, moves, and maintain functions.Field Engineers work on shifts that contribute towards providing support services 24x7x365 and report to the local Service Delivery Manager.Responsibilities of our Field Services Engineer will include:- Change control management- Incident management and resolution- Management and tracking of Assets- Supervision and escorting of 3rd Party Vendors- Installation and decommission of network hardware and structured cabling- Compliance and client health & safety procedures- Compliance with Manufacturers and Clients Quality Standards- Compliance to Clients and Support Services approved processesWhat were looking for in our Field Services Engineer:- Experience of working in high-risk environments and Data Centres- Prepared to travel - Sound Knowledge of Infrastructure Technologies & Networking Concepts- Competent in MS Office and Helpdesk/Service Delivery Applications- A reliable individual- The ability to work under pressure- A flexible approach to shift patterns- The ability to communicate clearly at all levels- Strong organisational, interpersonal and administrative skillsIf you want to work for a great company where you will be supported in your role and meet nice people every day - then apply today!If you feel you have the required skills and experience, click apply now to be considered as our Field Services Engineer - wed love to hear from you!
