Supplier Relationship ExecutiveWarringtonOur client, a UK leading provider of Integrated Supply Solutions to manufacturing and related industries for the provision of MRO (indirect) products.They provide their services to blue chip corporate manufacturers, from leading automotive manufacturers, to chemicals, to food producers.Their services include: * Procurement Services * Stores Management * Inventory Management * Back Office Transactional Processing * Industry Leading Technology Digital Solutions.As a result of the growth, we are looking for a Supplier Relationship Executive to join their Procurement Team based in the Head Office - Warrington, Cheshire.* To effectively support the Supplier Relationship Managers in managing the client relationship with indirect materials Suppliers (50+ categories; including mechanical, stationery, welding, electrical, pumps - of which 120+ sub-categories)* Responsible for the smooth running of tenders and new business opportunities within your categories.* To drive compliance with agreed Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs) and internal procedure(s)* To support the overall governance of the Procurement/Supply Chain Programme* To work closely with the Supplier Relationship Managers and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to deliver on key account deliverables and drive efficiencies in the process(es)* To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role * To update the Supplier Relationship Managers weekly ensuring close monitoring of spend reports and progress of given tenders* To effectively manage financial reports ensuring the strictest of controls are in place and a close working relationship exists with finance department. * To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities.Skills Required:* A positive attitude with the ability to deliver excellent client experience and satisfaction* A commercial approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills* Effective decision making and problem-solving skills through sound intuition and reasoning* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy* Proficient planning and organisational skills together with a methodical and logical approach* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong ICT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel* A strong background in Procurement with indirect category/supplier spend management preferred* Proven negotiation skills * Data Analytics* Self-motivated individual able to work in a high-volume turnaround business.* A good background in buying MRO with product exposure.Knowledge Required:* Sound knowledge of SAP applications advantageous* Good working knowledge of technical detail and/or product descriptionsQualification(s) Required:* MCIPS/Degree Level Qualification desirable Required skills
