Job Description

As Care Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs adhered toat all times.The payrate is starting from £11.40/h, depending on your experience- thepayrate is inclusive of a night enhancementhttps://youtu.be/CSG5P1gNdxcAs a Care Team Leader you will be a team player and have good communication skills. Kindness will be second nature to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness. You will behave in atransparent manner always showing respect to our residents, their families, and your colleagues. You will also hold SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care.Well provide full training, so its a great opportunity to learn something new.
