Care Worker - Hospital DischargeLocation - Rushcliffe (Bingham/East Leak)Salary - £21,822 + 35p per mile fuelHours - 3 days on 3 days off, 8am - 9pmMake a difference every day.The roleTuVida are looking for a Care Worker to help deliver our vision of a society where every person who is ill or disabled and every carer can live well and enjoy life.This role is focussed on providing short term care to patients who have recently been discharged from hospital back into their own home. You will provide hands on’ quality care to men and women living in their own homes combining companionship with practicalhelp.
