At Fosse Way View a night shift pay rate starts from £10.30, this is inclusive of an enhancementfor working nights and is dependenton your experience. Were also offering a fantastic £750 welcome bonus.A typical night shift is 19.30 till 01.30 or 01.30 till 07.30 and we offer 11 hours shifts.Right now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Night Care Assistant to join the team at Fosse Way View. Aiding residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing andhelping with meals.Delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart. It is about making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the care home. And, whether you are helping someone withlimited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, youll always have their well-being in mind above anything else.We will provide full training, so it is a great opportunity to learn something new.
