Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen to work as a private PA Part Time for a successful businessman and entrepreneur. The role will be to support the individual to achieve outstanding results through strong business and personal administration support.The role will be very varied and needs someone that enjoys a challenge and working on a wide variety of tasks and projects.Part Time 20 hours per week however could be more due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be flexible and adaptable. Please note this role is office based.The role will pay £25 per hour, which is circa £45,000 pro rata.Key duties will include;

  • Diary coordination, email management, report and letter writing, personal administration, IT and inventory management
  • Plan and arrange personal travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
  • Handle visa applications for the employer and their family members, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met
  • Oversee various personal home-related tasks, such as maintenance, repairs, coordination, and orders with service providers
  • Schedule medical appointments, arrange for healthcare services, and maintain medical records.
  • Building and maintaining robust, positive relationships with new team members, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Administrative coordination and management of external stakeholders on associated projects including legal, construction and financial partners.
Key skills, knowledge and experience required;
  • Proven experience in a PA or EA role at Director level or above
  • Must be adaptable and flexible
  • Experience working as a private PA would be an advantage
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A solutions orientated approach
  • Administration and management of diaries, problem solving and organisation skills
