An outstanding Top 100 Accountancy Practice based in the Loughton area is seeking an Audit Senior to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that offers exposure to Corporate Finance, R&D, and more, allowing you to build on yourcurrent skill set.Day to day of the role:

Preparing statutory financial statements from client data and highlighting high-level risk areas or matters of concern to the Partner and Manager.
Completing audit fieldwork with planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, usually on-site at client premises.
Planning the execution and finalisation of audit assignments for Partner and Manager review, ensuring audit files have appropriate and sufficient documentation.
Liaising with clients to build strong relationships and dealing with queries quickly and efficiently.
Leading and managing the work of other team members, providing advice, mentoring, and coaching to support their continued professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ACA or ACCA Qualified.
At least 3-4 years of experience working within an Accountancy Practice.
Strong ability to build relationships with clients.
Good communication skills.
Proven experience in managing audits from planning to completion.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions.
