Job Description

Hutton Kitchens is an established retail kitchen company in the KBB industry, who are looking for an experienced, highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, Kitchen Designer to join our established team at the Billericay Showroom.Selling both German and English Kitchen brandsYou will need to work closely with our clients to provide high quality and accurate kitchen designs to meet the customers’ needs and expectations.You will be responsible for the kitchen design, costing, presentations, and liaising with our installation management team.Your duties will include:- Dealing with customers in the showroom taking leads as part of the sales team.- Conducting onsite kitchen surveys and working from Architects drawings.- Designing a product that meets the requirements of the customer- Developing excellent business relationships with customers.- Creating and submit quotes to customers.- Keeping up to date with industry trends.The successful candidate must have:- Experience in kitchen design using quotation software. Smart Systems are used and in house training will be given.- A sales professional who has worked and excelled in a targeted sale environment.- Personable with a passion for service and exceptional design skills.- Constantly aiming for the highest level of customer service.- The ability to generate innovative design ideas.- An ongoing interest in design and a desire to keep up with new interior/designer trends.- Attractive Salary Package with basic and commission bonus on PAYE salary.You will need your own vehicle as the work includes travelling to clients homes.You will be required to work Saturdays and take a day off during the week.
