Job Description

My client, based in Billericay, seek an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their technical team to:

  • Provide day to day technical support to all internal and some external employees
  • Technical fault diagnosis and resolution, incident management and assisting with troubleshooting and notifications
  • Manage the back office systems including all work stations, laptops, phones, servers, network devices and applications
  • Ensure data integrity, maintaining backups and complete restores if needed
  • Be away of IT Security
  • Ensure all certificates and documentation re. systems are updated
  • Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements where required
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and ensure systems are running to optimum levels and that value for money is achieved
You will need:
  • IT Support including PC, Server hardware and networking
  • MS Office and Operating systems
  • MS Servers, Active Directory including group policy, Exchange, IIS, VMware, HP Server hardware, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, Cisco hardware
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
