Job Description

Ground Control is the UK’s fastest growing external maintenance and commercial landscaping company. As a multi-award winning company, Ground Control now holds 33 BALI National Landscape Awards for a range of Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance projects, a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation, and a total of 9 RoSPA Gold Awards for Occupational Health & Safety.People Team Coordinators provide central support within our People Experience Team based in Billericay, which includes Employee Relations, Talent and Learning & Development departments. This role focuses on coordinating activity and administration within Employee Relations. Youll develop your career each day and learn lots of HR best practice along the way. This fast paced role requires flexibility and team support without hesitation, as change is the norm. A positive frame of mind and a desire to enjoy every day is essential.Requirements for this role:

  • Administrative skills with great accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and great relationship building
  • Ability to manage own workload and priorities
  • A CIPD qualification would be advantageous
  • Discretion, tact and compassion are essential within the People Team
