Job Description

As a CRM Manager, would you like the chance to make an impact on international brands in a brand new role at a business that offers hybrid working from home and also the chance to work in an office in a beautiful idyllic countryside settingA forward thinking media business have a newly created CRM Manager opportunity within their Audience Development team where you will be responsible for delivering the audience CRM strategy and engaging customer relationship management programmes across direct marketing channels (focusing on e-mail marketing, print, social and push) for a selection of industry leading international brands. This is not a business systems focused role, but more understanding, nurturing and developing thecustomersjourney and subscriber lifecycle to achieve audience growth and subscribersatisfaction.As CRM Manager, your role will include:

  • Email marketing strategy, delivery and continuous improvement
  • Designing, developing and implementing customer journeys
  • Developing a cross functional strategy for audience development across all touchpoints for brands
  • Setting out a CRM roadmap, driving innovation and improvement, recommending new approaches, technologies or content initiatives
  • Testing, checking and adjusting new techniques
  • Managingrelated projects to improve the subscriber journey and audience targeting
I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as a CRM Manager, CRM Strategy Manager, Audience Engagement Manager, or Customer Relationship Management, Customer Engagement Manager who has a proven track record of implementing integrated customer journeys and managing related technology, and an understanding of e-mail marketing and customer relationship management best practice - including legal and compliance.Salary for this position: £45,000 to £50,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).Benefits include up to £2,500 bonus (based on KPIs and company performance), fresh fruit, free parking, lunchtime activities, and employee social events and awards!Please note: The business operate a hybrid working policy, where youll be able to work from home up to 3 days per week.At the offices, they have plenty offree parking on-site (you do need to be able to drive to the offices due to the location).
