TEACHING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED URGENTLYSTART DATE: IMMEDIATE STARTLOCATION: Solihull, West MidlandsDAYS AND TIMES - MON- FRI: 08.30 - 15.30LENGTH OF CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE TILL JULY 2023 MINIMUMPAY: £80 DAILY RATEMUST BE ABLE WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08:30 :15:30, NONE NEGOTIABLEREED Education is working in collaboration with a Primary School based in Solihull, West Midlands , that is looking to appoint a teaching assistant to join them immediatelyThe teaching assistant role is a rewarding job that provides a wealth of experience, to both the child and the adult. A Teaching Assistant provides support within the classroom by either supporting teaching and learning within the classroom or by working withstudents in small groups.Some of the day-to-day duties will include assisting with lesson plans, supporting children across the curriculum, providing extra assistance to children with special needs. A "good" teaching assistant will be someone has who good communication skills and cancommunicate clearly to teachers and students, can show compassion and sensitivity towards children and has a good understanding of the national curriculum.To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will; Have a level 2 or Level 3 or an equivalent qualification Have experience of supporting teaching and learning within the classroom Have an in sight of supporting children with special educational needs Seek to make learning enjoyable for keen, inquisitive minds Be able to support EAL students Be able to make a positive impact in and around the school setting Form positive relationships with parents and guardians Have a thorough understanding of the school safeguarding regulations Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to pay £38 for a new check.Please be aware that this role is due to start as soon as possible and to be considered for this role you MUST be able to work 5 days a week, this is none negotiable,If you are interested, meet the criteria above and would like to be considered for one of the many teaching assistant roles then please send an updated copy of your CV and I will be in touch in due course.THANK YOU
