They offer a range of support services, including residential care, day services, supported living, home care and community outreach.Their mission is to empower their service users to lead fulfilling lives, promoting independence, inclusion, and well-being.Job Role:As the new Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of several settings across the Warwickshire area. You will be responsible for managing multiple services, ensuring they are delivered in line with regulatory requirements,quality standards, and the values of the organisation. Your focus will be on providing excellent care, promoting person-centred approaches, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to the operational teams across multiple services.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, safeguarding policies, and best practices in social care.- Monitor service quality, evaluate performance metrics, and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.- Foster a culture of person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and choice for service users.- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and competence.- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings.- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare professionals, and other charitable organisations.- Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and service improvement initiatives.- Stay up to date with industry trends, research, and developments to ensure the provision of innovative and effective services.Qualifications and Skills:- Relevant social care qualification such as the level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent- Flexibility to work across multiple services.- Hold a full UK driving licence - Proven experience in a leadership role within a social care setting, preferably in learning disabilities and mental health support.- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.- Sound financial acumen and experience in budget management.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.- Passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.- Demonstrated commitment to person-centred care and promoting inclusivity.Salary and Benefits:In return for your outstanding operational management skills and experience, you will receive:" Salary up to £55000" Competitive car allowance" Generous mileage payments" Access to private medical insurance" Opportunity continued personal and professional developmentIf you are interested in being considered for this exceptional role with an outstanding provider, please click apply today.
