The Executive Network Groups Logistics & Transport Division is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to achieve new business growth with our national 3PL client.Salary Package Base salary is both negotiable and flexible upon the level of experience + commission & car allowance.Key Responsibilities To exceed revenue goals and close new client accounts Creation of a clear Business Development Sales Plan and ensure targets are also achieved where possible Identify new breakthrough means of business development within the target market where possible. Provide market intelligence and feedback to drive solution efforts where possible.To be considered for this Business Development Manager role you must have: A wealth of business development experience within 3rd Party Logistics selling at a senior level Experience in working within a supply chain environment within 3rd Party Logistics. Experience in selling into the technology sector is desirable but not a necessity. A proven ability to identify and manage portfolios of sales positions, with both internal & external senior stakeholders and liaise with key decision makers. The ability to take responsibility for solution design activities for existing and new clients, creating solutions based on client needs. An understanding of continuous improvement means and lean methodologies such as Six Sigma and how this is best practice. Be able to support the development of an effective pipeline of capable associates with supply chain experienceincluding supporting the recruitment and on-boarding process
