Job Description

ENGINEERING TECHNICIANFromeFull Time Permanent | 4 on 4 off 12 hour day and night shiftYOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

  • Developing and maintain an integrated cheese packing operation to agreed health and safety, quality, engineering and technical standards
  • Optimising line performance to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators in the areas of equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Carrying out planned maintenance activities and suggests ways to improve them based on observations and history and makes them happen
  • Routinely analysing line data and takes appropriate action to improve performance.
  • Participating in continuous improvement and problem solving activities to improve performance
YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE
  • Of good mechanical, pneumatic and electrical knowledge, in order to diagnose and resolve faults
  • Experienced with participation in Electrical Testing and Inspection as part of site compliance and safety
  • Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on Electrical Systems within critical environments
  • Undertaken a recognised engineering apprenticeship preferably electrically biased but with a strong mechanical appreciation
  • Possess an Electrical competency 18th edition regulations is desirable
  • IOSH Health and Safety would be advantageous but could demonstrate sound health and safety knowledge.
