Job Description

Customer Operations AdministratorNuneaton, WarwickshireFull Time 6 month contractYOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

  • Receiving and validating customer claims and credit note request, ensuring that levels of accuracy and timeliness is achieved.
  • Working to identify potential and actual service issues and implement solutions in liaise with the customers and relevant internal departments.
  • Delivery of high standards in administration of delivery documentation and department records, in line with corporate and HMRC audit requirements.
  • Providing cover for reception promoting the high standards and reputation of the site and ensure that every visitor is made to feel welcome.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives within Customer Operations to continuously improve the Dairy Crest supply chain.
  • Demonstrate and promote teamwork, always acting in unity with our corporate ethics and values.
  • Receive, validate and process customer sales orders within agreed timescales.
  • Receive, investigate and process customer claims and pro-actively resolve ongoing issues to improve service levels.
  • Work with team members to ensure that all administration tasks are completed.
YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE
  • You will have strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence and the ability to communicate at all levels of management, both within Saputo Dairy UK and the external customer base are essential.
  • You will have the ability to set up spreadsheets and manipulate data.
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills.
