The Executive Network Groups Logistics & Transport Division is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to achieve new business growth with our clients Business Development Utilities Team selling Energy & Utility Solutions to their clients.Flexible remote working is an option however you must be able to travel to either Warwickshire or Oxfordshire if needed.Key Responsibilities To exceed revenue goals and close new client accounts Creation of a clear Business Development Sales Plan and ensure targets are also achieved where possible Identify new breakthrough means of Business Development where possible within the target market. Provide market intelligence and feedback to drive solution efforts where possible.Salary Package Salary, Circa £85,000 + Commission Structure/Bonuses/BenefitsTo be considered for this Business Development Manager role you must have: A wealth of business development experience within 3rd Party Logistics. Experience of working within a supply chain environment within 3rd Party Logistics. A proven ability to identify and manage portfolios of sales positions, with both internal & external senior stakeholders and liase with key decision makers. The ability to take responsibility for solution design activities in existing and new clients, creating solutions based on client need. An understanding of continuous improvement means and lean methodologies such as Six Sigma and how this is best practice.
