SENIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEERJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per yearHOURS 0700-1700Job descriptionOur clients are a family run business providing quality facility services to various clientsall over the UK.Reporting to the office each day, you will report to the Senior Reactive Engineer TeamLeader each day, you will need to be a confident and enthusiastic multi-skilledtradesperson with preferably knowledge of working in communal areas of apartmentblocks and grounds.We're looking for a Senior Multi-skilled Operative who has the ability to deliver anexcellent repairs service with the successful candidate possessing relevantqualifications and/or experience in a primary trade. You will possess excellentcustomer care and technical skills and enjoy working as part of an inclusive and diverseteam with the capability and confidence in finding solutions to problems as anindividual. You will be able to run a small team and be able to manage bookings usinga mobile tablet.You will be required to carry out the full range of general repair & maintenance andnew installation work to communal areas of properties but may include internal worksin apartments or commercial areas.You'll be provided with Airwaves FM uniform including footwear and personalprotective equipment (PPE), addition to a specialist power tool kit you'll need to fulfilthe role.Benefits: Company events Free parking On-site parkingSchedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (required)
